Joe Januzzi

As a dual licensed clinician I
have an extensive history of
working with clients of all ages
with a primary focus on school
age youth (ages 4-18).

For the duration of my career I have found success in working with youth and their families to
achieve treatment goals as well
as offer support across the
home and school environment.
I focus on connectedness and
utilize various approaches and
treatment modalities such as
play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy along with a client centered approach to reach treatment goals.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or to schedule an appointment.

Tracy is dedicated to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

She takes a strengths-based approach, helping clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and increase emotional regulation and self-confidence.

In addition to office-based counseling, Tracy partners with local schools to provide on-site counseling services for adolescents. By meeting students where they are, she helps reduce barriers to care and supports emotional growth, academic success, and healthy decision-making within the school environment.

Tracy believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience. Her goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves by fostering self-awareness, emotional balance, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.
